On March 8, 2017, SunPower Corporation and certain of its subsidiaries (the “Company”) entered into a Project Supply Agreement with Next Era Energy Resources, LLC and certain of its subsidiaries (“NextEra”), pursuant to which the Company will sell approximately 125 MW of its Performance Series (P-Series) modules to NextEra in connection with a power plant project, to be delivered between June and October 2017. The sale is subject to certain customary terms and conditions, as set forth in the Project Supply Agreement.
