On March 28, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of SunPower Corporation (the “Corporation”) approved reinstatement of the annual base salary of Thomas H. Werner, the Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer, effective as of April 1, 2017, at the pre-2016 level of $600,000. As previously reported, the Compensation Committee had approved, at Mr. Werner’s request, a reduction of his salary to $1, net of benefit costs, effective as of August 1, 2016.
